Advising Philosophy 

My advising philosophy is focused on creating a friendly, inclusive environment for all students of all backgrounds. I can still remember my first year as a student, feeling timid and shy, as I was navigating not just school, but also a new environment here at Davis. As a peer advisor, I hope to become a friendly face to students and provide assistance whenever needed. My door is always open for advice, counseling, talking, and support. These shared spaces and experiences are important in fostering a welcoming environment here in the UC Davis community.
